YOUR ROLE
As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every customer who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values, using your real self at work each day.
Your Responsibilities- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Adapt to any zone in the store, flexing between the Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
- Assist teammates and collaborate to “get the job done.”
- Act with integrity and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.
- You love interacting with people.
- You have unlimited energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have prior retail experience.
- You are at least 16 years old.
- They work with real people and feel part of a family.
