Location: Chesapeake, VA
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Morning shift 7am to 3pm | Mid shift 10am to 6pm | Evening shift 2pm to 10pm
We are hiring a Retail Associate. No prior experience is required (entry-level) and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Stock shelves and merchandise products to ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
- Prepare the store for opening, including setup, cleaning, and organizing inventory
- Unload shipments, sort products, and maintain stockroom organization
- Rotate and display products according to company standards and freshness guidelines
- Monitor pricing and report discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, storage areas, and work spaces
- Support day or night stocking operations as needed
