The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product, maintain proper food safety standards, and after moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
