We are looking for a professional, motivated, and client-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time retail sales position where you’ll work face-to-face with clients to guide them in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry. We are hiring at our Chesapeake, VA location and our Lynnhaven Mall location in Virginia Beach, VA.

• Warmly greet clients and create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs.
• Present and explain fine jewelry, diamonds, and custom design options with professionalism.
• Follow store procedures for jewelry handling, security, and client service.
• Manage client relationships through follow-up, thank-you notes, and proactive outreach.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Participate in opening, closing, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Learn continuously — product knowledge, sales skills, and The Adele Way.

• Prior sales experience preferred (retail or luxury sales a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and positive energy.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively on a team.
• Comfortable working with high-value merchandise and handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
