*** What will I be doing?
**** Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness in the cafe
* Maintain appropriate storage standards for food items
* Provide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality
* Provides exceptional guest experience at all times
* Follow all company systems, policies, and procedures
* Give guests priority and attention at all times
* Keep equipment clean and sanitary
* Keep the complimentary coffee station filled and clean
* Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
* Perform other duties, as assigned.
*** Who are we looking for?***
* *** 18 Years of Age or Older
**** Prior retail experience preferred
* Prior barista/cafe experience preferred
* Ability to perform basic math functions
* Ability to work weekends required
* Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and "listening" skills
* Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and customer service
* Ability to learn quickly, and be self-motivated
