• Provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services, and provide guidance on self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for various membership and payment types.
• Follow company safety standards, procedures, guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and handling merchandise properly.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, acknowledge members, verify membership cards and identify member needs.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items; arrange and organize merchandise to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation; execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
• Train Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, new technology, tool functionality, and program rollouts; provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Properly handle returns and identify shrink and damages.
• Implement action plans related to company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity; use the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities.

Hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
