JOB OVERVIEW
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as Hallmark’s face. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS- Hourly pay: $13.50 – $15.50 per hour

- Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
- Average weekly hours: 8–13 hours per week.
- Availability required the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.
- Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
You’ll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position has three major components:
This is a physically demanding job that requires energy and urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 lbs during the workday and up to 50 lbs on occasion. You will also kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- At least 18 years old.
- Can read, write, and understand English.
- Can lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
- Can operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
- Has access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Has reliable transportation to travel between assigned stores.
