Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time

Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The role also supports digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

• Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI Space:
  • Bin storage to organize members orders used based on gold standards.
  • Storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained based on safety standards.

• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
• See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business.

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using a handheld scanner device.
• Verify merchandise, communicate inventory or equipment problems, and note expired or short‑dated items on the pick list.
• Communicate with club team when merchandise needs replenishment.
• Work with team to pull merchandise from reserve area when possible to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements.
• Work with high urgency to meet deadlines and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package the order per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling via DDR or Membership desk.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements, performance metrics and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

• Mostly moving continuously on hard surfaces; may need to bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, and stoop.
• Continuously lifting up to 30 pounds, with occasional need to lift more with assistance.
• Work in a comfortable environment with moving machinery and/or loud equipment; occasional exposure to temperature extremes for refrigerated orders.
• Occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is $16.25 – $19.50.
