Courtesy Clerk​/Grocery Bagger

The Kroger Company - 309 North Battlefield Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Bag groceries at checkout for customers;
Aim to bag at least five items per bag without damaging contents;
Follow best practices for bagging items in various bag types (reusable/plastic/paper);
Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout;
Offer to help customers load bags into their car;
Perform basic shelf conditioning;
Inform customers of grocery specials;
Return merchandise to store shelves;
Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas;
Clean spills, collect trash inside store and parking lot;
Clean all areas inside and outside of store;
Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise;
Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers;
Reinforce safety programs by following safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions;
Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines;
Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment;
Ability to manage conflict in a respectful manner;
Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information;
Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues;
Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults;
Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
