Retail Merchandiser

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations in national partner stores. You'll execute planograms, set and maintain displays, ensure on-shelf availability, rotate stock, and place signage to drive sales. Using company tools, you'll report visit results, capture photos, and communicate key issues. You'll collaborate with store staff, follow detailed merchandising directions, and manage your schedule across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets according to company and retailer standards
• Set, stock, and maintain product displays and shelves
• Ensure pricing, labels, and promotional signage are accurate and current
• Rotate stock, check dates, and maintain on-shelf availability
• Use mobile or web-based tools to report work, issues, and photos from each visit
• Communicate with store personnel and field leadership on priorities and issues
• Follow visit schedules and manage time effectively across assigned stores
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards in all merchandising areas
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales
• Adhere to all retailer and company policies while working independently in the field
