Retail Merchandiser

Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales support, seeks a Retail Merchandiser to execute in-store projects for major brands and national retailers. In this field-based role, you'll set and maintain planograms, build and refresh displays, stock and face product, install signage, and report results via mobile tools. You'll collaborate with store teams, manage a local route, and help drive sales through strong product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail locations to execute merchandising plans for client brands
• Set, adjust, and maintain product displays and planograms to company standards
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise to ensure on-shelf availability and visibility
• Install and maintain signage, promotional materials, and display fixtures
• Capture photos and data, and submit timely in-store reports via mobile tools
• Communicate with store personnel and supervisors to resolve merchandising issues
• Monitor inventory levels and identify out-of-stocks or merchandising opportunities
• Follow company and retailer safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
• Manage daily route, priorities, and deadlines across multiple store locations
