Sales Counselor

Estimated first‑year earnings range: $40,000 - $50,000. Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property, and merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads through walk‑ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

This position is a full‑time sales counselor in funeral services, assisting families through the grieving process and providing compassionate support.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM system required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
