As a Design Consultant for Mr. Rogers Windows you can:

• Earn $125,000-$250,000 with leads supplied
• Earn monthly bonuses
• Participate in company 401k and profit sharing plans

  NO PROSPECTING OR COLD CALLS.

As a Design Consultant you will:

• Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners in the greater Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia and North Eastern North Carolina
• Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacements products
• Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale
• Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
• Previous sales experience
• Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
• Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
• Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations
• Comfortable working on straight commission
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Paid 10-week training program
• Monthly and quarterly bonuses
• Excellent Commission Rate ($125,000 - $250,000 annually)
