• Close deals and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business
• Work directly with Sales Managers and Finance to structure winning deals
• Prospect aggressively through calls, follow-ups, and outside sales efforts
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistent follow-up strategy
• Deliver a high-level customer experience from greeting to delivery
• Stay driven, competitive, and performance-focused every single day

• Proven automotive sales experience preferred (top producers encouraged to apply)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CRM proficiency and strong follow-up habits
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
