Sales Representative – Pressure Washing (Commission Only)

We are a professional pressure washing and exterior services company serving residential, commercial, and multi-family properties
. We are looking for a motivated, disciplined sales professional who wants full control of their income in a commission-only role
.

This position is best suited for someone confident in their ability to generate and close business.

• 100% commission
• No cap on earnings
• Realistic annual earning potential: $80,000+
• Paid on closed and recurring business

• Prospect and close residential and commercial clients
• Conduct site walk-throughs and service audits
• Present proposals and secure signed agreements
• Follow up with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Sales experience preferred (service or B2B a plus)
• Comfortable talking with homeowners, business owners, and property managers
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Able to sell value, not price
• Coachable and professional

This is a commission-only position with no base pay. If you’re comfortable betting on your performance, this is a strong opportunity. If you need guaranteed income, this role is not a fit.
