** Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an
** Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales.
**** Overview
* * Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. May work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.
** Unit Overview:
** We are looking for an experienced sales executive with a strong background in healthcare sales, home health and/or hospice experience preferred. Our account executive will secure new referral opportunities while maintaining existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices and long-term care facilities.
** Anticipated Status/Shift:
** Full Time (40 hours/week)

* ** Bachelor's Level Degree (Required) (in lieu of degree 6 years prior sales experience required)

* Experience working in sales for a health care company (Preferred)
