Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Summary

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the in‑store customer experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and providing best‑in‑class product knowledge and support. The role combines sales, product education, and customer relationship management to drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators in a dynamic omnichannel environment.

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs, using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment that places the customer at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (e.g., resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders).
• Monitor competitive offerings, advertisements, and services provided by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling more than 50 pounds as needed.

• Ability to consistently lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Competitive pay range of $53,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
