We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team full-time at our Chesapeake, VA location. In this on-site position, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, building strong relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, organizing sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals.

The role also includes assisting in training new sales representatives and contributing to strategies that enhance sales performance.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve sales targets and oversee account development.
• Ability to train and mentor new team members to support professional growth and enhance team performance.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the transportation or travel industry is beneficial but not required.
