Lincare is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team. The role focuses on generating leads, fostering lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and achieving monthly sales targets within a local market.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
- Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout the designated territory
- Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Lincare's product categories
- Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources
- Travel within the local assigned territory as needed
- Interact adeptly with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal team members
- Maintain computer and technological literacy
- Project a positive and professional personal image
- Demonstrate strong people skills to connect with diverse backgrounds
- Prior experience in sales and/or the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred but not required
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within the local assigned territory
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Prior experience in sales and/or DME preferred
- The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
