As a Design Consultant, you will conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners in the greater Hampton Roads area of Southeast Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. You will use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacement products. You will have industry-leading product samples, technology, and support to assist you in closing the sale.

You will run pre-qualified and confirmed leads.

• Conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners.
• Use the tools and training to establish connections with customers and present replacement products.
• Close sales utilizing product samples, technology, and support.
• Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Previous sales experience.
• Comfortable with recorded sales appointments for training and quality assurance.
• Home improvement or in-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends.
• Strong focus on exceeding customers' expectations.
• Comfortable working on straight commission.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
