Overview

Glo Fiber is growing! We are seeking candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Suffolk, VA Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for a sales‑oriented customer service professional to work in a fast‑paced environment selling Glo Fiber through face‑to‑face and over‑the‑phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting our local communities.

• Work schedule:
  
  M-F, 9a-6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays

• Reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience
