Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is expected to see the job through start to finish and will serve as the point person to the customer throughout the process. The Sales Specialist's scope will often include small contract work and sizeable replacement jobs as well. An experienced Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales goals in accordance with gross margins. Besides chasing down incoming leads to the branch, the Sales Specialist is expected to be able to make proactive sales calls on prospective customers as well.

• Assure Safety/Regulatory standards are met at all times.
• Generate high volume sales in our core city service business segment. The sales will encompass both the residential and commercial markets, new construction and retrofit, and maintenance.
• Engage the customer, determine their needs, layout and measure the job, provide any required estimates/pricing, close the sale, order and expedite materials, schedule and oversee the required labor to execute the job in a timely and productive fashion.
• Perform all other related job functions.
