Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour

This position leverages interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. The role works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide exceptional customer experience. The Loan Sales Representative (LSR) interviews customers with professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented approach.

• Recommend products and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
• Market branch products and services to customers and potential customers
• Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
• Ensure customer information is correct and document interactions
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Build internal and external relationships
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
• Adhere to all 1
  
  FFC policies and procedures dialogues
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations
• Exhibit knowledge of all 1

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Onsite presence at the branch office is essential (working from home is not permitted)
• Meet current licensing requirements of various states and federal regulators
• Analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and social and business settings
• Maintain confidential business and personal information
• Action and result focused
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile
