• Represent Mr. Rogers Windows at local neighborhoods, retail locations, and community events
• Meet and engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Create interest in our home improvement products and services
• Work with an experienced team that will train and support you
• Help generate quality opportunities for our sales team

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and in different locations
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Friendly, confident personality and comfortable talking with new people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and motivated to succeed

• $17.50/hour starting pay
• $130/day guaranteed based on a full-day schedule
• With bonuses, earn up to $230/day
• Eligible for promotion to $20/hour after 30 days
• Bonus opportunities with $50,000–$60,000 annual earning potential
