Outside Sales Representative

Under the supervision of the CFO, this full-time position will be responsible for driving business growth by selling comprehensive commercial services, including fleet vehicle repair, commercial towing, and waste disposal/roll-off can services. This highly motivated, self-sufficient sales representative is expected to have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence decisions and manage accounts.

• Must have at least 3 years' of sales experience
• Must have strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Have the ability and desire to form a close working relationship with customers
• Must have, and keep current, a USA issued driver's license with a clean MVR (provided by applicant)
• Become knowledgeable about all services being presented
• Clean, manage, and maintain the work vehicle assigned
• Perform duties during regular working hours and when circumstances arise, additional duty time required to complete a call or task requested by management
• Must be capable of frequent sitting, walking, and standing
• Must be willing and able to work outside in varying temperatures, on slippery or uneven surfaces as needed to call on clients
• Support administrative policies and assigned duties
• Be willing to travel, as needed, throughout the Hampton Roads and surrounding areas, including Richmond, VA.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
