Job Description
At The Atlantic District, we believe that insurance is more than just a piece of paper—it is the foundation of peace of mind for our neighbors in Chesapeake. We are looking for a dedicated Lead Agent to join our mission and help us continue providing reliable, thoughtful coverage to the community we call home. Our office is a warm, collaborative space where individual ambition meets collective success.
As our new Lead Agent, you will not just be managing accounts; you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate life’s uncertainties with clarity and grace. You will have the space to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives every single day. If you enjoy building meaningful connections, have a keen eye for detail, and feel energized by helping others protect what matters most, you will fit right into our family.
We are excited to see how your unique perspective and experience can help us build a brighter, more secure future for all of our clients here in Virginia.
