Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, verifying authorized access and reporting security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.;
Support site operations by assisting with visitor directions, observing delivery activity, and completing required reports related to daily patrols, incidents, and/or disturbances.
