Sr. Security Analyst, Industrial Security; P2

Senior Security Analyst – Corporate Security (Chesapeake, VA) – Onsite. Provides operational and programmatic security support to the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for classified programs within RTX’s industrial security program.

• Support the administration of the Industrial Security Program in compliance with NISPOM and DCSA requirements, including classified material accountability, maintenance of security records, and preparation of DD Form 254s.
• Assist with personnel security actions, onboarding, system and facility access requests, CAC processing, VAR submissions, and visitor coordination.
• Contribute to security briefings, awareness efforts, audits, inspections, and updates to security documentation.
• Provide operational support to Program Managers and IPTs, help manage access control and visitor management systems, and utilize tools such as DISS, NISS, DoD SAFE, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Support obtaining, monitoring, auditing, and approval of security‑related purchase orders and invoices.

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in an industrial or military/government security role.
• Active and transferable Confidential clearance level required at time of application.
• U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain higher clearance level or program access.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience supporting classified environments or defense programs.
• Familiarity with NISPOM and DCSA processes.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using security systems and databases (e.g., DISS/NISS).
• Knowledge of government/depot processes with active DoD clearance.

Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Confidential clearance is mandatory at the start of the role. The role may necessitate obtaining higher clearance levels or additional program access as required.

USD 68,900 – 131,100 annually. Salary reflects experience level, role function, and responsibilities.
