, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and support personnel and guest screening procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or local responders regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and incident updates as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
