Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures and access protocols;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity and document details for reporting;
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations;
Monitor movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries at entry/exit points and verify credentials;
Support day-to-day operations by observing dock activity, reporting hazards, and following post orders for unarmed patrol assignments
