As a Corporate Security Officer, you will provide a professional security presence while delivering exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, clients, and business partners.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the assigned property.

Monitor and control access to buildings, offices, restricted areas, and designated security zones.

Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.

Verify identification, credentials, badges, and access authorization in accordance with site procedures.

Monitor security systems, CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, and other security technology as assigned.

Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas.

Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, security concerns, and policy violations.

Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and other situations requiring assistance.

Prepare accurate and detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company, employee, visitor, or client information.

Enforce site security policies, procedures, and access-control requirements.

Support emergency response procedures, including fire, medical, evacuation, and other emergency situations.

Contact and coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, emergency medical services, or other emergency personnel when appropriate.

Assist with employee, visitor, and contractor check‑in and check‑out procedures.

Monitor deliveries, loading areas, parking areas, and other designated locations as required.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional security post.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining appropriate security boundaries.

Follow all M1 Global and client policies, procedures, post orders, and applicable laws and regulations.

Perform additional security‑related duties as assigned by site leadership.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid security license/guard card as required by the state and assigned site.

M1 Global may assist qualified candidates with the guard card process where applicable.

Previous security, military, law enforcement, hospitality, customer service, or corporate environment experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
