This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Service Technician, located in Amelia Court House, VA. The Lead Service Technician will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead door systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating with team members to ensure timely project completion, evaluating service requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The role also involves direct customer interaction, providing exceptional service and technical insights.

• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and solving technical issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Experience with Sales and the ability to provide service recommendations to customers
• Basic knowledge of Finance to manage costs and deliver accurate project estimates
• Proven attention to detail and expertise in handling tools and equipment safely
• Capability to mentor and guide junior technicians effectively
• Experience in construction or mechanical systems is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
