• Install,remove,andmaintaintemporaryandpermanenttrafficcontrolsignsalongroadways,construction zones,and worksites
• Load,transport,andunloadsigns,stands,cones,andothertrafficcontrolequipment
• Readandfollowtrafficcontrolplans,layouts,anddiagramstoensurecorrectsignplacement,spacing,and sequencing
• Safelyoperatecompanyvehiclesandbasicequipment,including trucks,trailers,andpost-driving equipment
• Performsiteinspectionstoconfirmproperinstallationandidentifypotentialsafetyhazardsordeficiencies
• Conductroutinemaintenanceandminorrepairsonsignageandequipmenttoensurefunctionalityandvisibility
• Coordinateandcommunicateeffectivelywithsupervisors,flaggers,andcrewmemberstocompleteprojectsefficientlyandsafely
• Complywithallsafetystandards,includingwearingPPEandfollowingOSHAandDOTguidelines
• Respondtoemergencyorafter-hourscall-outsforurgenttrafficcontrolinstallationsoradjustments,as required
• Performsallotherdutiesasrequired

• Highschooldiplomaor
  
  GED(preferred)
• Valid driver’slicense(CDLmayberequiredorpreferred)
• Previous construction,traffic control,oroutdoorlaborexperienceisaplus
• Abilitytoreadandinterprettrafficcontrolplans
