SUE Technician Laborer

Accumark, a division of National Underground Group, seeks a SUE Technician Laborer with instrument experience to join our team working out of the Sterling, Virginia office.

Full Time Regular Manual Labor, Chesapeake, VA – ACC. Salary Range: $18.00 to $22.00 hourly.

• Assist utility designation crews
• Pneumatic digging
• Data collection and documentation
• Tool & equipment maintenance
• Safety protocols
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned

• Willingness to learn – instructor‑led training required to receive locator certification
• Ability to drive local roads, work outdoors, and operate independently
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic
  
  Proficient using a computer to complete documentation and email
• Physically able to work a 10‑hour day in cold, hot, and wet environments
• Standard four‑day/10‑hour‑a‑day work week; occasional overtime and 5–6 day work weeks may be required

Hourly Rate: $18–22 per hour depending on experience.
