As a Service Technician, you’ll help keep customer operations running safely, accurately, and on track. You will work independently in the field, building relationships with customers and ensuring their equipment runs smoothly.

• Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation on industrial weighing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete service calls safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and next steps
• Document work in service notes, including time and results
• Identify and address safety risks on job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Support team and customer needs as they arise
• Participate in on‑call rotation and overtime as needed

Must‑Have:

• Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical understanding
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT/customer requirements
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Customer‑first mindset
• Flexibility with changing schedules

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Experience with industrial equipment or service work
• Technical training or related experience
