Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete substructure repairs such as floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills
• Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French drains
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers’ needs
• Complete all required service-related documentation

• Pay of USD $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

• No experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
