The City of Chesapeake Virginia is seeking an energetic and dedicated team player for the entry-level Traffic Signal Technician I position. This role involves the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of the City's traffic signals and school zone flashers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work at heights in various weather conditions, possess a valid driver’s license, and be willing to obtain a CDL and fall protection certification within one year. Applicants with IMSA certification will be preferred.
