What You'll Do- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
- Learn how to measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork and piping
- Support system startups, testing, and quality checks under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices
- Interact professionally with homeowners and teammates
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to grow your HVAC knowledge and skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Interest in building a long‑term career in the HVAC industry
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screening requirements as applicable
- Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
- Work comfortably in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the workday
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- HVAC trade school coursework or certification
- Experience using hand and power tools
- EPA 608 Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Hands‑on paid training and mentorship
