• Grade and level trench bases to place pipe
• Laying, aligning, and positioning sections of pipe
• Make connections to sewer lines, water lines, and storm sewers
• Check slopes for confirmation to requirements
• Dig and set pipe by hand

• Determine grade of trenching using tools including lasers and transit levels
• Operate cutting equipment to cut various types of piping materials
• Operate small powered equipment including tampers
• Cut, fit, and seal various types of piping

• Experience as a Pipe Layer
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel during the week based on operational demands
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift and move 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug test and background screening consistent with company standards

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday but can include shift work, weekends, evenings and holidays. Flexibility is required as the job duties demand.
