Cox Fleet is a national leader in on‑site mobile fleet maintenance. We offer a paid training program (Flee Tec Academy) that leads to a career as a Diesel and Trailer Technician.

• Attend 5 weeks of full‑time classroom training at our Academy Campus.
• Participate in classroom education covering fundamentals of diesel and trailer repair.
• Travel to various training sites with approved transportation and lodging while receiving stipend and meals.
• After training, work as a Mobile Mechanic performing preventive maintenance and general repairs onsite at customer locations.
• Receive ongoing classroom and hands‑on training to develop skills, with pathways to higher pay.
• Operate iPad in daily job activities.

• Age 21 or older to operate company trucks.
• Willingness to study hard and dedicate five weeks away from home during training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.
• Background check, driving record check, pre‑employment drug testing and physical examination required.

• 5 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid.
• Free technical education and tool kit.
• Full‑time mobile mechanic position with a state‑of‑the‑art vehicle after training.
• $16/hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is greater) + $250 stipend for first week (taxed).
• Pay rate increases to $21/hour upon graduation from phase one and further opportunities for progression.
