This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesapeake, VA, for a Technician at Get Lit Electrical & Plumbing. The Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Daily activities include diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely. The Technician will collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, high-quality services to customers while adhering to regulations and safety standards.

• Skilled in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in HVAC systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and applicable regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certifications or licenses are preferred
