• Perform general and higher-level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance installation.
• Renovate and update our classic apartment homes.
• Complete general "make ready" tasks in all vacant apartments to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Install new plumbing, lighting, hardware, appliances, and perform light construction modifications.
• Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

• Use various hand tools and equipment.
• Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
• Lift up to 100 pounds.
• Climb ladders of up to 40 feet in height.
• Use a hand-truck.
• Make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.

• 1‑3 years of maintenance or trade experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.). Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• High school education or equivalent certification.
• Experience in carpentry, drywall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with no major moving violations and dependable transportation.
• Desire to shine by turning an empty apartment into a space you would be proud to call "home".
