What You’ll DoAs a Mechanic, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, keeping operations running safely and efficiently. In this role, you will:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Work on trucks, trailers, cranes, forklifts, gantries, and heavy haul equipment
- Handle everything from routine oil changes to major repairs like engine replacements
- Maintain equipment records using tablets and shop systems
- Support a high‑volume, fast‑moving maintenance program with daily repair needs

We’re looking for entry‑level or experienced mechanics with strong mechanical aptitude who are hands‑on, dependable, and ready to solve problems. We are open to candidates with automotive or agricultural (John Deere, etc.) backgrounds looking to transition.
Required- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced shop environment
- Willingness to work safely and handle a variety of repair tasks
- Experience with cranes, diesel, or heavy equipment maintenance
- CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
- Experience reading electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible during the summer)
- 40–55 hours per week with overtime potential
- Occasional weekends
- No travel – shop‑based role
