Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician Helper to join our fast‑growing team. The ideal candidate will have a can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Help technicians diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment, to identify repair and replacement needs.
- Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts of existing units according to specifications with supervision.
- Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled jobs.
- Help technicians maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers.
- Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered.
- Perform all jobs with safety first in mind.
- Continual learning and development through the First Call Academy to maintain industry‑leading skill levels.
- Deliver elite customer service to reinforce First Call as the first call for HVAC needs.
- Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
- Active EPA certification preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
