Pay: 30.00/hr.
- 45.00/hr. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
** Responsibilities*
* + Candidate will service clients in the local market
+ Installation and Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
+ Troubleshooting and Repair:
Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems efficiently.
+ Project Management:
Oversee HVAC projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
+ Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support.
+ Customer Service:
Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing excellent service.
+ Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
+ Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities.
** Qualifications*

Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial experience in HVAC service, Trouble shooting and PM's / maintenance service agreements.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems preferred.

Certifications:
Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are highly desirable.

Skills:
Strong troubleshooting, project management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in reading blueprints and using HVAC software.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
