Forrest Powered by Home Pro works hard outside so you won't need pesticides inside. Our Home Service Lead Carpenters are committed to child and pet safety and use integrated pest management.

• Perform crawlspace structural repairs, including floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sill plate repairs.
• Complete outdoor trim carpentry and wood repair.
• Conduct home services including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulation and insulation, vapor barrier installation, and French drains.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle and equipment.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations and walk them through the process.
• Act as problem solver to meet customer needs.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.

• Pay of USD $20.00 to $25.00 hourly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or home repair.
• Knowledge of framing or structural carpentry preferred.
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops; ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Work in different weather conditions.
