We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician III to join our Chesapeake branch. This role focuses primarily on commercial service work, with some installation responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing HVAC systems across a variety of equipment types and tonnage ranges.

* Minimum of 5 years in HVAC, with at least 3 years in commercial environments preferred

* High school diploma or GED required

* EPA certification and OSHA compliance required

* Ability to work on systems ranging from 25 to 100+ tons

* Strong communication, professionalism, and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

* Candidates with blended experience in residential and commercial HVAC will be considered, but commercial experience is prioritized

* Familiarity with a variety of systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and mini splits

* Demonstrated stability and growth in previous roles

* Ability to work autonomously within 30-90 days of onboarding

* Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair HVAC components including thermostats, burners, transformers, controls, RTUs, chillers, boilers, mini splits

* Use tools such as multimeters and refrigerant gauges

* Perform both service and installation work, with a preference for service-heavy experience

* Travel to multiple client sites (not assigned to a single location)

* Participate in monthly safety meetings and occasional project briefings

* Receive daily dispatches and operate from a company-provided vehicle
