Experienced Maintenance Technicians in Chesapeake

Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering weekly pay.

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. You’ll perform a variety of hands‑on maintenance tasks, including:

• Make Readies / Apartment Turns
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Drywall
• Painting
• Appliances
• Technician should be courteous to and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders

• At least 6 months+ Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes
• General knowledge of ALL aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care
• Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate well
• High attention to detail
• Clear communication and ability to follow directions
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• HVAC certification is a PLUS!
