We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber with 5+ years of professional plumbing experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
Master Plumber and Journeyman Plumber license holders are strongly preferred
, but we welcome experienced, highly skilled plumbers who meet our qualifications.

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Respond to scheduled service calls and plumbing emergencies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch throughout the workday.
• Perform high-quality workmanship while following all plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Properly maintain your company vehicle, tools, and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift equipment and perform physically demanding work

• Master Plumber License
• Journeyman Plumber License
• Experience in residential and commercial service plumbing

• Consistently produce high-quality work and excellent customer experiences.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to efficiently diagnose and complete repairs.
• Generate approximately $25,000 or more in monthly service revenue through quality workmanship, productivity, and outstanding customer service.
• Be dependable, accountable, and someone teammates enjoy working with.
