Forrest /Home Pro Pest Control - Home Service Lead Carpenter (Construction)

• Perform crawlspace structural repairs including: floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills plate repairs. Subfloor reinforcement and replacement. Moisture damage repairs
• Complete outdoor trim carpentry and wood repair including:
  Fascia boards, Soffits, Exterior trim and wood replacement
• Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation's, crawlspace encapsulations and insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French Drains
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers' needs
• Complete all required service-related documentation

• Pay of USD $20.00 to $25.00 hourly

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in carpentry, construction, or home repair
• Knowledge of framing or structural carpentry preferred
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments
• We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
